We are located in Brisbane, Australia. However, many of the products we have available for sale are from manufacturers all over the world!

 

Order Faqs

We require a first and last name, a valid email address, shipping and/or billing address and a mobile/business/home number (please ensure that there are no spelling errors).

It is recommended that you make a Korah beauty account for all purchases on our website. You may visit your order page for more information on your order status and order confirmation, plus shipping confirmation emails will be sent to your email address as well.

Please contact our support team by sending an email to korahbeauty@gmail.com. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as possible within 3 days as once your order has been processed and packaged it can no longer be cancelled. If processing and handling hasn't occurred than we should be able to cancel your order but we cannot guarantee your order will be eligible for cancellation.

 

Payment FAQs

We accept Mastercard and Visa and all forms of credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal, and have gift cards available for purchase that provide store credit.

Our website is completely safe to use as we employ a variety of measures to ensure your personal information isn't misused or made available to anyone else.

Please ensure you have entered your credit/debit card or Paypal information correctly. Try an alternate payment option such as Paypal or a different card if your current payment method isn't working. If issues still persist, then please contact us at korahbeauty@gmail.com.

 

Shipping FAQs

Our main product, the Korah Beauty Crystal Teardrop Miracle Blender is shipped from an Australia Post postal centre situated in Brisbane, Australia. In regards to the other products we offer, these have been sourced from a variety of established and quality manufacturers in Asia, Europe, the United States and other regions. Orders for these products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer's location and will be branded separately to Korah Beauty products.

Please note that delivery eligiblity to countries differs by manufacturer.

 

Your tracking number will be available on your order page. Furthermore, your order confirmation email will also contain your tracking number.

Tracking information may take anywhere between a few hours to a few days to show depending on when the packages are scanned. If there are any issues with your tracking number or you're having difficulty in locating it, please contact us at korahbeauty@gmail.com or through our contact us form. Please note that some shipping methods and products will not include a tracking number but rest assured, your package will still be on its way.

You can visit your order page to check on the status of your order. Furthermore, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is on it's way. Please check our shipping page for processing, handling and delivery wait times for your order.

If your order is missing one or more items, please contact us at korahbeauty@gmail.com or through our contact us form. Please note that products purchased from different manufacturers will be shipped independently of each other so some packages may arrive at different times.

We ask that all customers please ensure that during the checkout process, they make sure the shipping address they are providing to us is 100% valid, the address is correct and there are absolutely no errors. Unfortunately, we don't have the time or manpower to manually check each and every shipping address so we humbly ask our customers to please ensure the address they use during checkout is correct.
